Scott is Titan's Chief Commercial Officer. As CCO he drives new business across a variety of various platforms. He also, famously, knows everybody in New York.

Prior to becoming CCO, Scott was President of Transit and Executive Vice President and General Counsel where he served as liaison between Titan and its Transit Authority partners. His responsibilities included administering company agreements, bid documents, financing & legal issues, employment and corporate matters.

Prior to joining Titan Worldwide in 2000, Scott practiced law with Freidman & Gotbaum LLP and with Battle Fowler LLP (now Paul Hastings, Janofsky and Walker). Scott's practice was concentrated in the fields of real estate, zoning and corporate law. He has extensive practical experience in addressing land use, zoning, historic preservation and environmental issues arising during the planning and public review processes. Scott also has represented numerous businesses regarding commercial leasing issues, construction administration, project management and obtaining discretionary and ministerial approvals in connect with their operations.

Scott is one of the original Titans having been with the company since its inception and there's no problem yet encountered that he can't sort out.
