Titan Hires Industry Veteran as General Counsel
New York, NY, June 21, 2010– Titan has hired Amy Berlin to head up its legal function as Executive Vice President, General Counsel of the company. Ms Berlin has vast experience in the Out-of-Home sector and will also sit on Titan’s Executive Committee.
Based in Titan’s New York office, Ms Berlin will help spearhead Titan’s new business development department in addition to assuming control over all legal matters. She will also interact with Titan’s Transit Authority partners. Ms Berlin assumes these responsibilities from Scott Goldsmith, who was promoted to President, Transit at the start of 2010.
Berlin is reuniting with Titan’s senior management having previously worked for TDI, the company they previously operated prior to its sale to CBS. Before joining TDI in 1996 as Vice President, General Counsel, Berlin was TDI’s Outside Counsel at Fulbright & Jaworski. Berlin stayed on at CBS Outdoor, following its acquisition of TDI, before moving to CBS corporate in 2006 as Vice President, Senior Counsel in their Mergers & Acquisitions group.
